Chileee it was a lot going on in this video and with this workout.
Obviously I'm not a trainer or anything so a lot of my workouts come from social media. Now some people make this stuff look easy and when you try it it is definitely not as easy as it looks lol
So the weight goes flying because it's way harder to get into the flow of swinging it around into a squat...I lost that weight like 3 times man 😆 I did find that a kettlebell was easier to use but I still bout lost that too.
Then let's talk about these sit ups...I cannot tell ya'll the last time I did a sit up fr so baby was STRUGGLING....I did 4 sets of like 6...and you see it was hard to get up there...it almost didn't make the cut for this video maoo
This workout was fun though..mainly because I have ZERO problems laughing at myself
I used 5 10 and 15 pound dumbells and did everything for 30 seconds each for 4 rounds.

Welp I successfully got all my workouts in and posted consistently all while getting adjusted to K's school and gymnastics schedule so it was definitely a winning week. I hope ya'll can say the same!
