I don't post yoga videos often but it's my daily non negotiable.
There are so many benefits to yoga. My top 2
1. Keeping my RA at bay...consistent yoga keeps inflammation from setting into my body which is the biggest part of RA for me. When they say "motion is lotion" I know exactly what mean. If you have consistent joint problems I HIGHLY recommend at least 10 mins out of the day.
2. My second top benefit is the clearing of the mind. Yoga is not something you can really rush (unless you are trying to do more damage than good). It makes you slow down and breathe..and really helps me to clear my head. Life can get chaotic especially when you have a lot going on all the time. You have to take time to clear your mind and yoga does that for me.
There are so many beginner videos on YouTube if you don't know where to start. I recommend yoga to everyone every chance I get because it really is a life changing activity.
