Let me just go ahead and address this elephant in the room bc I was MIA for a whole week and that NEVER happens!
First things first, wedding weekend was simply beautiful and a time was had...wayyyy to much of a time though...Monday I was cooked and it was all downhill from there 😆 🤣
Seriously though, my body was all out of whack for an entire week...I'm talking drained and just off...a lot of it has to do with having an autoimmune disorder [RA]...certain things just don't agree with my body and when it gets down bad like that I just have to listen...
I didn't even do yoga..which never happens..I literally had just enough to give to make it to work and be a mom and luckily K is self sufficient bc the struggle was so real...
This is why I am so particular about my routine and also what I put in my body bc I lost of week of progress...and the gains are not gaining right now lol but anyways we are thriving again so let's get into the work out!
I used 10, 15, and 20 pound dumbells and did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything. Also, the bench is not truly required so don't let the lack of one deter you from this workout!
