My favorite!!
Idk if its just me but nothing makes me feel weaker than the first two back exercises lol...like ya girl is using 2.5 pounds for those first two lmao but I secretly feel like those are two of the best back workouts especially at home with limited equipment!
Everything else was back to the regular scheduled program as far as weights go! [10-20 pounds]
I did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything and just want to add that the bench is not required for the other exercises I just use it for better form and to focus only on the back.
It's almost Friday! I hope everyone tapped into their physical and mental well being this week!

Back workouts are essential not only for improving posture but also for building overall upper body strength. Incorporating light weights like 2.5 to 20 pounds can make a huge difference, especially if you're working out at home with limited equipment. The first two exercises of a back routine may feel tough due to smaller muscle groups being engaged, but they are incredibly effective for targeting specific parts of your back when done consistently. Using light dumbbells helps to activate muscles gently, reducing the risk of injury and improving muscle endurance. It’s also important to maintain proper form, which is where using a bench can help. Even though a bench is optional, it offers support and assists in isolating your back muscles, so you concentrate the effort exactly where it's needed. This focus can improve muscle activation and results. Performing four sets of 10 to 12 repetitions strikes a good balance between endurance and strength training, particularly when you’re gradually increasing weight for other exercises. Sticking to a regular back workout routine that fits your schedule, ideally four to five times weekly, can positively impact both physical and mental health. After all, working out isn’t just about physical gains—it’s about mental well-being, too. Don’t get discouraged if the first exercises feel weak; even professional athletes start with light weights to perfect technique. Gradually increasing the weight can lead to better muscle growth and strength gains. Finally, remember the empowering phrase found in the image OCR text: "BACK WORKOUT BELIEVE". Believing in yourself and your workout regimen is crucial to achieving your fitness goals. Consistency, proper form, and the right mindset will help you build a strong, toned back and enhance your fitness journey from home.
