Bat Wings on the menu today

It was a triceps (bat wings) kinda day. Working on your triceps is a must if you have that annoying hang time.

These will help to tone that area but also you still need to lose body fat overall for best results. I opted for 30 mins boxing after this workout.

Weights were mainly 5 and 10 pounds and I did 4 sets of 12-15. You don't need to go super heavy on the weights with this workout either!
