This workout was definitely geared more to the back today but I still made it full body friday! So if you missed your back workout this week...this is a good one !
The weights were 10, 15, and 20 and I went the heaviest that I could for everything meaning some reps were only like 6 🤣 this was on purpose don't worry!
But MOST of the sets were 8-10 and I did 4 sets of everything!
