Legs On MONDAY!!

Finally back on track with legs on Monday!!

The weights did feel a little heavier than normal today so the reps were like 6-8 for some things and 8-10 for others. I'm personally not a fan of dropping weight on leg days

..especially if I know I can do it and my form isn't being compromised.

I know my legs were on fire and that's good enough for me!

This was also a great full leg workout that hit all the major leg muscles and didn't take too long either so be sure to save this one for your next next leg day!

Day 9 - Burnout: Legs
Who likes leg day? I’m not a fan. I truly believe I’ve always had strong legs. When I do a leg day I rarely feel challenged - maybe I’m being cocky. Today was a challenge because the trainer had us do a burnout - which meant we had 5 moves / 5 rounds / 10 reps (to be clear - that’s 50 reps total!)
