FULL BODY....ISH

I'm pretty sure it's my last workout of the week because it's time for my FAVORITE Holiday festivities!!

I'm just so excited for the family time and good vibes comint the rest of the week and I'm not committing to anything but that but ya'll know I don't like to leave ya'll hanging with the full body workouts!

I did unfortunately pull something in my glutes so legs were not on the menu today but I pretty much covered everything else so thats why it's full body-ish today 😅 🙃

The weights were REAL light today...2.5 , 4, and 5 pounds today and I did 4 sets till failure for everything!

Top is a fav from Prozis code [KALIASQUEEN]...It's one of my favs because it definitely gives hippie vibes [I actually wore it to Hippiefest this year] the arms are long just fyi for my short people but I roll the sleeves up a little and it's fine!

That all I got today ya'll I hope everyone has an AMAZING Christmas and cherish every single moment with your loved ones...we are missing a big piece of us this Christmas so it will hit different but we will still make it a beautiful one!!
