Ya'll know its my least favorite day...but it got done 😄 🤣
This year I am going to find ab and core workouts that I enjoy or at least can tolerate...I threw this workout in at the end of a long cardio and yoga session so it didnt take long at all.
I did 4 sets until failure and no weights were used outside of the 30 pound dumbbells to keep my feet down lol
Thats all for today... ✌🏾 ✌🏾
Finding ab and core workouts that you actually enjoy can be a game-changer in maintaining consistency. When I started integrating core exercises at the end of my regular cardio and yoga sessions, it not only saved time but also made the routine feel less monotonous. Using minimal equipment, like 30-pound dumbbells just to keep feet grounded, keeps the workout accessible while still challenging your muscles. Working to failure in sets pushes your endurance and muscle engagement without needing additional weights. It’s important to listen to your body throughout—if you find a particular exercise uncomfortable or unenjoyable, try variations or shorter sets. This flexibility helps prevent burnout and keeps motivation high. Incorporating core work consistently improves posture, balance, and overall strength, essential for everyday movement and injury prevention. Also, combining different workout types like yoga for flexibility, cardio for endurance, and core training for strength creates a well-rounded fitness regimen. Remember, the goal is progress, not perfection. Celebrate small wins, such as completing your least favorite workout day, knowing it contributes to your long-term health and fitness journey.

Great job
