My first FULL BODY FRIDAY of the year!!
Let's not even talk about what happened last week lmaoo
First week back was accomplished so I think it's safe to say I'm back on track!
And I'm happy to report I'm down 4 of the 10 pounds I gained over the holidays...not even gonna lie that 10 pounds has had my TIGHT all week...
I'm not even a scale girlie but as hard as it is for me to lose weight versus gaining ticks me off so bad but it was just a reminder that ain't no falling off !
I'm gonna try not to focus so hard on this next week...or at least till I lose the full 10 lol
Thankfully Prozis held it down this week with the tummy control leggings...bc baby any weight I gain goes right to my belly. These leggings really be doing the lord's work ! Top is from Prozis as well! Big Sales still going on too btw [check my FB and Instagram stories for the deets]
But yea this workout was a good one and I tried to go heavy so the reps were 8-10 for 4 sets...weights were all over the place so don't ask lol
I tried to make sure I hit everything in this workout so if you skipped any days this week this is a good one to do!
