HAPPY FRIDAY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!!

One time for another successful week of hitting goals 🙌🏾 💪🏾

It's something about sealing a good week with a full body friday that just makes me so proud!!!

Full Body Friday is my last day of the week to hit any areas I may have overlooked during the week...this week it was legs...on purpose though..which btw is STILL mildly tender so I kept it cute on the leg work today.

I did go a little heavier on the core work though!

Also, that first move looks basic AF but the shoulders start burning QUICK...and I definitely feel it in my core as well so don't pass over that one...and I only used 5 pound dumbbells and was contemplating on going down to my 4 pounds lol

I used 15 and 20 pound dumbbells for everything else though...and did 4 sets of 8-12...trying to get as many in as I could

Of course, its Prozis on the fit. I always love how cute these outfits come together and the material is really comfy while also holding the imperfections in! The waist band on the leggings is everything and you can pull them up to your neck if you need to
