Now that I have successfully completed this week...

THIS WEEK WAS GARBAGE!!!!!

Ya'll my mental and physical health was in shambles!! SHAMBLESSSSS you hear me 😆 🤣

So much happened in one week...I literally had to fight to stay motivated to show up...and of course all my accountability partners [ya'll] helped me...

Chileee all of this to say...we are stronger than we think...and when you keep showing up despite it all it makes you even stronger.

I pushed myself harder this week on purpose but I didn't plan for the other things to also push me...so it was definitely an interesting week..I'm personally glad it's over and already claiming a better week next week !

Now that I got that off my chest, this was a great full body friday!...With extra emphasis on the core !

I was higher on the weights so I only did about 6-8 reps for most of everything and did 4-5 sets of everything.

This is definitely a great one and honestly did not take long at all! Great for anyone in a time crunch!

Well this ice/snow/sleet/who knows storm will be making its way to us starting tomorrow...so who knows what this weekend and Monday will bring...hope everyone has a safe weekend and hopefully I will see ya'll Monday

Exploring options like full body exercises that don’t require much space or gear has been essential for me during unpredictable weather. To anyone facing a tough week, remember: your resilience grows each time you push through. A focused workout that targets multiple muscle groups, including the core, can not only boost physical health but also enhance mental clarity and mood. Claiming a better week ahead, as you did, is a powerful mindset that fuels progress beyond fitness itself.
