Least favorite day but it has to be done 😪

Also I realized another reason I dislike core workouts is they make me so lazyyyy lol the beginning of the video is exactly me after each set...especially if I'm watching a show lol

I was planning on doing another standing core workout but in true RA fashion I woke up to ankles who were not in the mood today and everything else on my body is too sore to work on so ...we don't make excuses we pivot !

I did 4 sets of everything...pretty much until failure...don't ask specifics because I was fighting off a nap 😆

On tough days, remind yourself why you started and that rest is part of fitness.
