Full Body...NOT FRIDAY
Welcome to a new week!!
Last week there was a lot going on and posting these videos was the last thing on my mind if I'm being completely honest.
So this was actually my full body friday workout...I did legs today but I know ya'll prefer my full body workouts so this video was priority!
As much as I would like to go super in depth about the weights and reps...I just kinda went with what felt right and definitely can't remember now. I do know the purple weights are 4 pounds 😆 and I know it was 4 sets of everything. Idk the reps though smh...this is why I have to edit and post same day bc clearly my memory is cooked 🍳 🙃!
Even without know the details I do remember I was nice and sore all over for a good 2 days so whatever I did worked 😆
Let's just go ahead and claim a normal week for me so I can stay on point. It's definitely getting warmer and I still got work to do 😲 😪
HAPPY MONDAY FAM ! Let's make it a great week!

From my experience, the best full body workouts are the ones where you listen to your body rather than stressing too much about specific weights or reps. I’ve found that sometimes, going with what feels right during your session—like using dumbbells around 4 pounds and doing 4 sets—can be just as effective as the most detailed plans. What really matters is consistency and pushing yourself enough to feel that satisfying soreness for a couple days afterward. One tip I love sharing is to keep your workout adaptable. Life can get hectic, and sometimes remembering your exact routine isn't possible, which is completely fine. Instead, focus on moving all major muscle groups with exercises you enjoy and feel comfortable doing. For example, mixing leg exercises with upper body dumbbell moves in one session can maximize your time without sacrificing results. Also, working out at home with simple equipment like dumbbells makes it easier to stay on track, especially during a busy week. When it’s warmer outside and motivation might dip, remind yourself that every effort counts. A full week of engaging workouts, even without perfect record-keeping, can keep you moving forward towards your fitness goals. Lastly, sharing your workout journey with friends or a community can boost motivation. Whether it’s a full body day or a leg-focused session, embracing the process and celebrating small wins is key. So grab those purple 4-pound weights and make your workout your own that fits your week and lifestyle!

Thank you for sharing! I know you've given the information for the bench before, but would you mind sharing that info? I know you can use any bench, but I really like the one you have. 🙏🏽💯✨️
