TONED INNER ARMS PLEASEEEE

Pretty quick and simple upper body day !

It was of course heavily focused on my inner arms but definitely great for other areas as well so don't skip it 😉

I did 5 sets of everything and the reps were about 6-10 since I was going more for a heavy lifting day.

Weights were 10, 15, and 20 pounds.
