Definitely missed my Monday but I was genuinely so tired form tossing and turning all night...I tried twice to work out but the lay back down energy took over...but tis life...it didn't stop my weekly momentum though!
This morning was some triceps work !
The triceps definition is slowly coming along...definitely proud of the progress so far 💪
There will is so much muscle under this fat 😫 😩 but consistency amd patience is my best friend these days.
I did 4 sets of 8-10 for everything...using the heaviest weight I could...they were mainly 5 and 15 pounds just fyi!
