THE BURRRRN
Yesterday's lower abs and deep core workout!
I did something different this time and did all of these back to back for 3 rounds [with 1 minute rest in between rounds]....the goal was 30 seconds for each exercise...It was DEFINITELY not 30 seconds for most of these though 😂 more like 15-20.
My abs were on fire the whole time omg...going back to back with no break between was a beast...but I plan to do this same circuit again and hopefully get to 30 seconds for at least one of the rounds.
This also did not take me long at all so it's perfect for a quick in and out workout!
Happy Thursday fam!
If you're looking to maximize your core workout in a short amount of time, doing back-to-back lower abs and deep core exercises for multiple rounds is incredibly effective. I found that aiming for 30 seconds per exercise is a great target, though it’s totally fine to start with shorter intervals like 15-20 seconds and work your way up. The key is consistency and pushing yourself while maintaining good form. Personally, incorporating this style of circuit training helped me improve my muscle endurance quickly. The nonstop nature keeps your heart rate elevated, adding a cardio element to your routine. Even though the workout didn’t take long, my abs were on fire from start to finish. One tip I’ve learned is to listen to your body and allow the 1-minute rest between rounds to recover fully so you can push hard on the next set. Over time, you’ll build up stamina and hopefully hit the full 30 seconds per exercise for all rounds. Track your progress by noting how long you can hold each move. Additionally, focusing on deep core engagement during lower abs exercises is crucial for strengthening the entire abdominal region and improving posture. Incorporating moves that hit the deep core can contribute to better balance and reduced lower back pain. For anyone short on time but wanting an effective workout, this circuit style with lower abs and deep core moves is a fantastic option. I plan to repeat this routine regularly and gradually increase intensity. Give it a try and see how your core strengthens and your endurance improves — your abs will definitely feel the burn!
