Arm Creases?? This is the one!
Kicked off the week with an inner arms workout!
It's definitely one of the most stubborn areas and all the weight lifting in the world will not help if you are not losing fat overall ..so cardio, protein, and caloric deficit is also super important if this is an area of concern for you.
I did 4 sets of everything. The reps kinda ranged from 8-12 [certain exercises are shoulder intense so I went with lower weight and higher reps on those.
Weights used were 5-20.
Hope everyone had a Happy Monday!
Tackling inner arm fat and defining muscles can be challenging because this area often stores stubborn fat that doesn’t respond well to strength training alone. From my personal experience, combining targeted inner arm exercises with overall fat loss strategies yields the best results. I recommend starting your arm crease workout with compound dumbbell exercises that focus on your biceps, triceps, and shoulders using weights between 5 and 20 pounds. Performing 4 sets with 8–12 reps works well, adjusting weight and reps especially for shoulder-intense moves to avoid strain. Beyond lifting, cardio sessions are crucial to burn the fat layer concealing the muscle definition. Incorporate moderate-intensity cardio like brisk walking, cycling, or interval training at least three times a week. Another key factor is nutrition: consuming enough protein helps muscle repair and growth, while maintaining a caloric deficit ensures gradual fat loss. Tracking your calories and protein intake can keep you on target. Remember, even the best arm workouts won’t show results without overall fat reduction. Consistency is essential. Set realistic goals, be patient, and celebrate progress like improved arm strength or less visible creases. Using hashtags such as #upperbodyworkout, #dumbbellworkout, and #homeworkout can connect you to supportive fitness communities online. This holistic approach—strength training, cardio, and mindful nutrition—will help reduce arm creases and build toned inner arms effectively over time.
