A GREAT FULL BODY WORKOUT!

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

Another full week of clocking in !

😃 😊

Yesterday was strictly yoga and boxing bc my body really needed more than my usual 10-15 minutes of yoga..and it's heavy on listening to my body round here.

But today is my favorite workout day 💪

Still took it easy on the leg work...the pain keeps coming and going at this point so after next week...It just is what it is...I miss my leg days 😢 😭

For this workout though, I did do 4 rounds of 8-12 reps...I know that is pretty big of a range but you can make it your own.

Of course the weights were all over the place as well but the range was 5-20 for those.

The inclusion of yoga and boxing earlier in the week provides excellent cardiovascular and mobility benefits, which complement the strength-focused sessions. This holistic approach keeps workouts exciting and well-rounded. For those working out at home like me, having a variety of equipment like dumbbells ranging from 5 to 20 pounds makes it easier to customize workouts to your current strength and goals. Remember, consistency and listening to your body trumps lifting the heaviest weights. If you’re looking for a sustainable full body workout routine, try incorporating multiple rounds of compound exercises with adjustable reps and weights. Don’t hesitate to intersperse lighter days focused on yoga or boxing for active recovery. Your body and mind will thank you for it!
