Regret to inform ya'll it is definitely not Friday buuuut I never posted this on last Friday soooo Full Body Tuesday it is!
I actually did back today but this one was already edited and RET TA GO...which is great since ya girl is dragging today 😆
I did 4 sets till failure for everything and umm honestly I'm not sure about the weights...life has been a bit of a blur since Friday [yea 34 hit different lmaooo]
5-10 pounds is a great baseline weight to use though...and if you can get to 12 reps with no struggle move the weight up!
Happy Tuesday Fam! This is my first workout of the week so definitely no option but to finish out strong!
