Monday Switch Up
HAPPY MONDAY!!!
This was Friday's full body workout that I never edited bc my time management was GARBAGE last week.
Some weeks are better than others in the time management department and I definitely failed last week...so here is to a new week with the number one goal being better time management.
The most important part here though is that I showed up last week.
Even though it didn't get posted I still had a great workout and definitely tried some new exercises that I plan to keep in rotation.
This was a good challening full body workout too! I did 4 sets of failure for everything...per usual on Fridays the weights were all over the place but a good 5 or 10 pound set of dumbells will be just fine.
Happy Monday fam!! Let's make it a great week!

Starting the week with a dedicated full body workout can set a positive tone for both your fitness journey and your overall productivity. From my experience, the key to maintaining consistency—especially when life gets busy—is focusing on full body exercises that maximize efficiency and workout impact. Using dumbbells around 5 to 10 pounds really allows for versatility, enabling you to target multiple muscle groups without needing an extensive set of equipment. One thing I found particularly helpful is performing four sets of each exercise to failure, which pushes your muscles just enough to encourage growth and endurance without overextending yourself. This approach also reduces the time spent in the gym while still delivering solid results. It’s important to listen to your body and adjust the weights accordingly so that you maintain good form throughout. Additionally, integrating new exercises occasionally keeps the routine fresh and challenges your body in different ways, which I believe is crucial for long-term progress. Personally, I started incorporating some lesser-known dumbbell moves which have become staples in my rotation. Finally, even if your time management isn’t perfect every week, the most vital aspect is showing up and giving your best effort. Consistency, not perfection, will lead to better fitness and healthier habits. Embracing this mindset encourages a balanced approach where you make progress while fostering a positive mental attitude. For those working out from home or with limited equipment, this type of full body workout is incredibly adaptable and effective. Remember, your fitness routine should support your lifestyle, not complicate it. Keeping workouts simple yet targeted ensures you can stick with it long term, no matter how hectic your week gets.
