STILL MOVE
I walked through the fire with my fists full of dreams,
Burned by the silence, torn at the seams.
Hurt ain't just pain it's the echo inside,
Where the world kept spinning, but a part of me died.
I’ve been lost in the dark where no headlights gleamed,
Swallowed by nights where no future dreamed.
Every hand I reached for was already gone,
Left me shouting for help in a world that moved on.
They saw the leather, the steel, the ink
But not the tears on the edge of the sink.
They never asked why I don't trust the light,
'Cause it once led me straight into a fight.
I’ve loved with a heart that was already cracked,
Gave pieces away that I never got back.
I’ve slept with ghosts and danced with my scars,
Asked God if healing was just for the stars.
But listen
I ain’t done.
There’s thunder still boiling under my chest,
A soul stitched together, but still won’t rest.
You can break my bones and leave me torn,
But I was built in storms, not simply born.
Every bruise is a badge, every scar a song,
Every fall just taught me how to ride strong.
So don’t mourn the man that the world tried to take
He’s riding again, wide awake.
Hurt. Lost. Broken? Maybe.
But I’m not gone.
I’m rising.
Because warriors aren’t made when life is fair
They’re forged when no one else is there.
And in that silence, with nothing to prove
I found my engine,
And I still move.
