A ‘lock in’ approach means setting clear intentions and focusing on daily habits that align with your goals. For example, I began tracking small wins and reminding myself why the journey matters, which helped keep me intentional and motivated. Fitness isn’t just about exercise routines; it’s a lifestyle influenced by how you think, the mindset you cultivate, and your dedication to growth. Incorporating this mindset also allowed me to embrace change and remain resilient. Body transformation is not linear—there are ups and downs—but locking in your mindset ensures you don’t remain the same or give up too soon. This deliberate commitment to personal development and growth mindset eventually leads to lasting transformation, both inside and out.
