สำหรับใครที่ชอบก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำสไตล์โบราณ ร้านเตี๋ยวดูดไข่ที่กาญจนบุรีถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลยครับ ประสบการณ์ที่ผมได้ลองคือความพิถีพิถันในการทำก๋วยเตี๋ยวที่ไม่เหมือนร้านอื่น ด้วยการผสมผสานเทคนิคทำไข่เยิ้มที่คล้ายกับการห่อชีสด้วยหมูเด้ง ทำให้ได้เนื้อสัมผัสนุ่มละมุนและรสชาติกลมกล่อม "น้องไข่เยิ้ม" นี่แหละที่ผมติดใจที่สุด พอเจาะตรงกลาง ไข่ไหลเยิ้มออกมานัวมากๆ ส่วนเมนู "น้องไข่ดำ" ที่เพิ่มความพิเศษด้วยไข่เยี่ยวม้า เป็นเมนูที่เหมาะสำหรับคนชอบรสชาติเข้มข้นและอยากลองอะไรแปลกใหม่ ความเข้มข้นของไข่แดงกับหมูเด้งผสมผสานอย่างลงตัวเสริมรสชาติก๋วยเตี๋ยวกว่าทั่วไปมากๆ นอกจากนี้เกี๊ยวทอดที่เสิร์ฟมาก็ไม่ธรรมดา รสชาติเหมือนข้าวซอยแต่กรอบนอกนุ่มใน ทำให้กินคู่กับต้มยำแล้วเพิ่มความหลากหลายในการกินได้ดี การเดินทางและการจอดรถที่นี่อาจจะลำบากบ้าง โดยเฉพาะถ้าเอารถยนต์มา ควรวางแผนจอดตามข้างทาง หรือจอดในวัดบริเวณใกล้เคียงเพื่อความสะดวก โดยรวมร้านนี้เหมาะกับคนที่มากาญจนบุรีและต้องการลิ้มรสก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำสูตรดั้งเดิมที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว ทั้งยังเป็นร้านเล็กๆ แต่เต็มไปด้วยความอร่อยที่รอให้คุณมาลองเองครับ
