Combining this with mindfulness breathing exercises increases oxygen intake, helping dilate blood vessels naturally. Additionally, I avoid prolonged sitting or inactivity during the day because sedentary habits worsen circulation problems. Regularly standing up, moving around, and even using compression socks occasionally have helped me combat poor circulation symptoms.
