It can be exhausting! Personally, I've found that acknowledging this pattern helps me manage it better. Now, I try to set a mental timer for myself or limit my choices before getting in line. This helps reduce the overthinking loop and makes the process smoother. If you're a self-aware overthinker, you might also find comfort in sharing your experience with friends or online communities where others can relate. Sometimes, just knowing others struggle with the same tiny dilemma can make the experience less frustrating and even a bit funny. Remember, it's okay to take your time to decide — just don’t let it turn a simple moment into a source of anxiety.
