This is a great chart for those who need a little reminder themselves. It was missing a few things, so I thought to add them in and cover all the bases. Hope this helps 💕

... Read moreWhen I first came across this life systems chart, I realized so many aspects of daily habits and mindsets were covered, but some key areas were overlooked. Adding missing elements has truly transformed my understanding of how to design a balanced and effective lifestyle. For instance, consistently journaling for 10 minutes daily has helped me track my thoughts and progress, reinforcing gratitude and growth. The emphasis on systems like ‘Protect My Peace’ and ‘Strong Body’ guided me to prioritize boundaries and physical health. Drinking 80 ounces of water daily and sleeping 8+ hours have been game changers for my energy. The financial systems—like giving every dollar a job, paying bills on autopay, saving 20% of income, and investing—helped me shift from a stress-filled mindset to building wealth strategically. Also, incorporating education and side hustle systems pushed me to upskill regularly and diversify income streams, which was missing in my previous routines. I particularly appreciate the focus on having high standards and organizing a clean, decluttered space, which has positively impacted my mental clarity and productivity. The spiritual and time management systems, including daily prayer/meditation, time blocking, and prioritizing important tasks, keep me aligned with my values and reduce overwhelm. Implementing a recovery system that includes rest without guilt and stress management feels essential. I also found that setting clear boundaries and surrounding myself with uplifting people improved my relationships drastically. Overall, building a personalized life operating system—covering mindset, health, finance, career, education, relationships, and more—has helped me design freedom and build a life I love. It’s a process of constant review, refinement, and balance that anyone can adapt to achieve long-term success and peace of mind.
