When the coach announces a tough day, like "Hoy toca pesado" (today is heavy), it can be daunting at first. However, this mindset shift helps transform exhaustion into accomplishment. It's important to prepare mentally and physically before such sessions, ensuring proper rest and nutrition. Listening to motivating phrases like "ojalá mana toque intocable!" can provide that extra push—wishing for an unbeatable performance from a teammate inspires us all to raise our standards. During heavy training, pacing yourself and focusing on form over speed helps prevent injury and builds endurance. Afterward, reflecting on the progress made solidifies confidence. These experiences have taught me that challenging coaching days are not just obstacles but opportunities to improve resilience and performance.
