The recent trip to Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands was one of the challenges because it was a far from familiar and not a landbass area that everyone knew, even though I didn't even know where the country was going on the world map.
But the first thing I chose to do was say yes "and be as prepared as possible, because opportunities don't come in every time.

The courage to decide - despite not knowing what the destination would be, stepping away made me discover a new world.
Working with Diversity - Working with teammates from different nationalities and getting more experience than working is learning different cultures and ideas.
Gracious Boss - Being able to work with a kind boss and give it a chance, is an important heartfelt force.

Not only was this journey a memory but it also gave me the opportunity to start a new contract in Bali on the next route. It was like confirming that the courage to leave the Comfort Zone always led us to bigger opportunities.

ทุกครั้งที่โอกาสเข้ามา เราอาจไม่พร้อมเสมอไป แต่ความจริงที่สำคัญคือ "จงคว้า" โอกาสนั้นไว้ แม้จะรู้สึกว่าไม่มั่นใจหรือยังไม่มีประสบการณ์ เพราะโอกาสที่ดีอาจเป็นเพียงครั้งเดียวในชีวิต จากประสบการณ์การเดินทางไปยัง วานูอาตู และหมู่เกาะโซโลมอน ซึ่งเป็นเส้นทางที่ไม่ค่อยมีใครรู้จักและเต็มไปด้วยความท้าทาย การตัดสินใจเปิดใจยอมรับและเตรียมตัวให้ดีที่สุดเป็นกุญแจสำคัญที่ช่วยให้ได้พบกับโอกาสใหม่ๆ ที่มากกว่าความท้าทายและความไม่คุ้นเคย การทำงานกับทีมที่มาจากหลากหลายเชื้อชาติ ไม่เพียงแค่เพิ่มพูนทักษะทางวิชาชีพ แต่มันคือการเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมและมุมมองที่แตกต่าง พร้อมทั้งสัมผัสกับความเมตตาและการให้โอกาสของเจ้านายที่ใจดี สิ่งเหล่านี้สร้างแรงผลักดัน และความมั่นใจที่สำคัญในการก้าวออกจากคอมฟอร์ตโซน โอกาสไม่ได้รอใคร และ "จงคว้า" ทุกโอกาสที่เข้ามาแม้จะไม่พร้อมเลยก็ตาม เพราะอาจเป็นโอกาสเดียวที่พลิกชีวิตคุณ การกล้าตัดสินใจและความพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้เป็นสิ่งที่ช่วยเปิดประตูบานใหม่ในชีวิต พร้อมกับการต่อยอดเส้นทางใหม่ เช่น การทำงานที่บาหลี ที่เป็นบทพิสูจน์ว่าเมื่อกล้าออกไปสู่โลกกว้าง "โอกาสใหม่เริ่มต้นที่กล้า" นอกจากนี้ การมี mindset ที่เปิดกว้างและพร้อมรับสิ่งใหม่ๆ ยังช่วยให้เราสามารถฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคและเติบโตได้เร็วขึ้น หลีกเลี่ยงความกลัวและความลังเลใจ ซึ่งเป็นอุปสรรคใหญ่ที่ทำให้หลายคนพลาดโอกาสสำคัญในชีวิต ดังนั้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นโอกาสเล็กหรือใหญ่ เมื่อมันเข้ามา จงอย่ารอช้าที่จะ "จงคว้า" เพราะโอกาสชีวิตที่สำคัญมักจะมาเพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น และการตอบรับโอกาสเหล่านั้นด้วยใจที่เปิดกว้างพร้อมเรียนรู้ จะส่งผลให้ชีวิตของคุณเปลี่ยนแปลงไปในทางที่ดียิ่งขึ้นอย่างน่าทึ่ง
