Men in their 40s + + years old have a lot of freckles, dark spots on their faces because they usually don't take care of themselves. We see and stress instead, so they start to force themselves to take care of themselves.
😁 first month, we gave him a 50x slap of water with x5 cream (because he saw in Pimry Pie's review that it was very good, so I ordered it) to use only two things plus sunscreen 🍭 results at the end of one month. Frosted freckles look noticeably faded. 🍭
😁😁 the second month, still using 50x slap water with x5 cream, the additional vitamin orista (seen in the review that people are blemished, freckled, it faded) 🍭 results at the end of 1 month, faded from the original.
😁😁😁 the third month, this month began to provide more skincare. We will provide morning sets, night sets, and still take vitamin orista. 🍭 The result at the end of one month, frosted, freckles, faints, and facial skin begins to improve. Pores look smaller, faces start to light up, not dull.
Even though it hasn't healed yet, it's not smooth, but when it's taken care of, nourished from the inside and outside, and the results are better. I'm glad. Everything takes time.

หลายคนถามว่า “ฝ้าในผู้ชาย” รักษายากไหม—จากที่ลองกับคนใกล้ตัว (วัย 40+) บอกเลยว่าจางลงได้ แต่ต้องทำแบบเป็นระบบและใจเย็นมาก ๆ เพราะฝ้าชอบกลับมา ถ้าโดนแดด/พักผ่อนไม่พอ หรือใช้ของแรงเกินไป สิ่งที่เราโฟกัสเพิ่มจากการทดลอง 3 เดือน คือ “กันแดด” ให้จริงจังกว่าเดิมค่ะ ผู้ชายส่วนใหญ่ทากันแดดไม่พอ หรือทาเฉพาะตอนจะออกจากบ้าน ทั้งที่แสงแดดระหว่างวันเป็นตัวกระตุ้นฝ้าโดยตรง เราให้ทากันแดดทุกเช้า (ปริมาณประมาณ 2 ข้อนิ้วสำหรับหน้า+คอ) และถ้าออกแดดจัดให้ทาซ้ำช่วงเที่ยง/บ่าย รวมถึงใส่หมวกหรือเลี่ยงแดดช่วง 10.00–15.00 น. ผลลัพธ์เรื่องความหมองและความเข้มของฝ้าจะนิ่งขึ้น ไม่เหวี่ยงเหมือนช่วงที่ทาแบบขอไปที อีกอย่างที่ช่วยคือจัด “รูทีนเช้า-กลางคืน” ให้ง่ายพอที่จะทำได้ทุกวัน เช่น เช้า: น้ำตบ/โทนเนอร์ให้ผิวชุ่ม + เซรั่มวิตามินซี (ถ้าไม่แสบ) + มอยส์เจอไรเซอร์ + กันแดด ส่วนกลางคืนเราแยกวันที่ใช้เรตินอล (เริ่มจากน้อย ๆ สัปดาห์ละ 2-3 คืน) กับคืนพักผิวเพื่อไม่ให้ผิวบาง เพราะถ้าผิวระคายเคือง ฝ้าจะดูเข้มขึ้นได้ทันทีเลยค่ะ สำหรับคนที่มี “ฝ้า+กระ+จุดด่างดำ” พร้อมกัน เราพบว่าให้วัดผลเป็นช่วง ๆ จะเห็นชัดกว่า เช่น ถ่ายรูปมุมเดิม แสงเดิม ทุกสิ้นเดือน (เหมือนที่ทำรูปก่อนใช้/1 เดือนผ่านไป/2 เดือน/3 เดือน) จะรู้ว่าอะไรเวิร์กหรืออะไรทำให้หน้าแย่ลง และไม่หลงเชื่อผลลัพธ์รายวัน เรื่องวิตามินที่หลายคนสนใจ เราใช้แนวคิดว่า “กินได้แต่ไม่ฝากความหวังทั้งหมด” เพราะฝ้าต้องพึ่งกันแดดและสกินแคร์เป็นหลัก ถ้าจะกิน ควรดูว่าเราแพ้อะไรไหม และถ้ามีโรคประจำตัว/กินยาอยู่ แนะนำให้เช็กกับเภสัชกรก่อนเพื่อความปลอดภัย สุดท้าย ข้อผิดพลาดที่เจอเองคือช่วงแรกอยากให้หายไว เลยเผลอเพิ่มของหลายตัวพร้อมกัน ทำให้ไม่รู้ว่าแพ้อะไร แนะนำให้เพิ่มทีละอย่างและเว้น 2 สัปดาห์ค่อยเพิ่มตัวใหม่ จะควบคุมอาการสิว/ผิวลอกได้ดีกว่า สรุปเลยค่ะ ฝ้าในผู้ชายไม่ได้ดูแลยากกว่าผู้หญิงเสมอไป แค่ต้อง “ทำให้สม่ำเสมอ” โดยเฉพาะกันแดด + รูทีนที่ทำได้จริงทุกวัน แล้วค่อย ๆ ดูผลเป็นรายเดือนแบบใจเย็น รับรองว่ามีโอกาสเห็นฝ้าจางลงเหมือนที่บ้านเราทำได้ค่ะ
