Thai people are not tired because of work only.
But tired because of expectations.
Tired because of competition
Tired because of comparing your life to others
And tired because of having to live in a society where sincerity is getting rarer every day.
Many people can smile...
But inside is crying.
Many seem strong...
But deep down, it's exhausting to walk on.
This is the scariest crisis of this era.
Not an economic crisis.
But "crisis of mind."

ในชีวิตประจำวัน การเผชิญกับความเครียดและความไม่แน่นอนกลายเป็นเรื่องปกติไปแล้ว โดยเฉพาะในสังคมยุคใหม่ที่การแข่งขันสูงและความคาดหวังค่อนข้างมาก เราอาจรู้สึกเหมือนต้องสู้กับพายุที่ไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด แต่การมีจิตใจที่มั่นคงและเข้มแข็งช่วยให้เราผ่านพ้นช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากได้ง่ายขึ้น ผมเองเคยเจอช่วงเวลาที่รู้สึกท้อแท้กับสิ่งรอบตัวเหมือนกัน การหลงทางในความคิดและความรู้สึกกลับมาเป็นเรื่องปกติในวันนี้ แต่ผมพบว่าการสวดมนต์บทมหาจักรพรรดิช่วยสร้างสมาธิและความสงบจิตใจอย่างมาก เมื่อเราหยุดพักกับลมหายใจและคำภาวนา จะรู้สึกถึงความผ่อนคลายในจิตใจ ที่ไม่ใช่การหนีปัญหา แต่เป็นการเสริมกำลังภายในเพื่อพร้อมเผชิญปัญหาด้วยสติและปัญญา สิ่งที่ผมประทับใจคือความจริงของธรรมชาติที่หลวงตาชี้ให้เห็นว่าทุกสิ่งล้วนเกิด ตั้งอยู่ และดับไป ไม่มีพายุใดที่จะอยู่กับเราตลอดกาล เมื่อเราเข้าใจความไม่เที่ยงของชีวิตแล้ว ใจของเราจะเริ่มแข็งแรงและไม่หวั่นไหวง่าย ๆ ผมอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนลองใช้เวลาสั้น ๆ ในแต่ละวัน เพื่อฝึกอยู่กับลมหายใจและบทสวดมหาจักรพรรดิบ้าง อาจจะเริ่มในเวลาวันละ 5-10 นาที เพื่อสร้างนิสัยที่ดีและเสริมพลังใจให้ค่อย ๆ แข็งแรงขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ การมีสติและจิตใจที่ไม่พังเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สุดในการดำเนินชีวิตให้รอดในยุคปัจจุบันนี้ สุดท้าย ผมเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งกับคำสอนที่ว่าคนที่อยู่รอดไม่ใช่คนเก่งหรือคนรวยที่สุด แต่คือคนที่ใจไม่พัง เพราะจิตใจที่แข็งแรงจะนำพาเราให้ก้าวผ่านพายุได้ทุกครั้งและรักษาความสงบในใจไว้ได้ไม่ว่าสถานการณ์จะยากเย็นแค่ไหน
