This is my very first recipe as I start focusing on PCOS-friendly meals 🫐🧇

Eggs and protein powder help slow digestion and support blood-sugar balance (especially important for insulin resistance).

Oats, chia seeds, and blueberries add fiber to help prevent glucose spikes and support gut health.

Chia seeds also provide omega-3s, which may help reduce inflammation often linked to PCOS.
