I love stepping out of my comfort zones when it comes to cooking new foods. One of my favorite African Dishes 🤤 For meats I used smoked fish & chicken 🐟🍗 loaded with veggies, spices & Egusi seeds ofc. I just got my puree & was excited to use it‼️ Made pepper sauce but it was already so nice & spicy we really didn’t need it 🔥 The fufu was so easy to make but definitely a workout with the beating & mixing.
