Our first night here everyone shared a little about themselves (ok - ALOT) .. but what I’ve realized is this:

#1 I am the baby of the group lol & #2 I am so so grateful this is my first company.

after hearing the PTSD some of these women have from other companies I’m thankful I never had to experience even half of what they shared.

This industry is powerful. BUT money and influence without surrender to the One who gives and takes away, just amplifies our flesh. And without proper leadership and mentorship to steward influence and team, people get hurt.
