SEXY, EXCITING & TRIGGERING O.M.G.
All He’ll Ever Be by Willow Winters is a 4 book series she decided to mend together into one whole book. I will list each books title but will be giving a review of the series as one whole books since this is how I read it. Slight Spoilers ahead nothing too juicy though.
1. Merciless 2. Heartless 3.Breathless 4.Endless
O.M.G this is one book that has many hateful reviews saying it’s toxic and all the characters need therapy and as this is true it’s also a book about mafia families and I think anyone with mob ties is toxic with mental health issues.
3 families are at war. The Talverys, the Ramanos and the Cross’. Fighting over land and distribution of drugs and who is allowed to make money on what turf.
Carter Cross & Aria Talvery. Aria is the daughter of Carter’s one of two of enemies. Carter agrees to make an alliance with the Ramonos if they kidnap Aria for him. Their love is extremely unhealthy and toxic and yes Carter is a typical misogynistic mafia boss but I feel like that’s pretty run of the mill for how mafia men are portrayed anyhow. There are many triggering sexual scenes that many might find unnecessary and furthermore uncomfortable but I think it added to the development of showing how cold and heartless Carter is. The story within the 4 book series is truly wild you can never tell what Aria will decide to do next and she’s pulled into 100 different directions and is very indecisive every step of the way.
The twist and turns are not predictable at all and it’s not only smut and romance it shows you the ins and out of being part of a mafia family as it jumps from Aria’s perspective to Carter’s perspective in every other chapter.
Typically I read the first book in a series and find it difficult to continue this being tied together in one big book made 724 pages seem overwhelming but I teared through them so fast I’m shocked I didn’t finish it faster. This is an addictive series and I truly loved every bit of it.
Simply Aria and Carter are badass part of badass families in their own unique ways!!
Easiest 5 stars ever!
‘til next time!

Beyond the initial shock and 'O.M.G.' reactions, Willow Winters' 'All He'll Ever Be' truly plunges readers into a world where morality is blurred and love is dangerously possessive. Having devoured this massive compilation, I totally get why it sparks such strong opinions – it's definitely a book that demands a reaction! For those seeking a deeper dive into the plot, the story masterfully weaves together the fates of three powerful mafia families: the Talverys, Ramanos, and Crosses, locked in a relentless battle over territory and illicit trades. At the heart of it all is Aria Talvery, whose life is irrevocably altered when she becomes a pawn in a brutal alliance. Kidnapped at the behest of Carter Cross, her father's sworn enemy, Aria finds herself drawn into a relationship that is undeniably unhealthy, yet strangely compelling. The narrative excels in switching perspectives between Aria and Carter, offering a raw look into their complex, often contradictory thoughts and motivations. You'll witness Carter’s unapologetic misogyny and ruthlessness, which, while challenging, is portrayed as almost inherent to his mafia world. Aria, on the other hand, is a whirlwind of indecision and resilience, constantly navigating impossible choices. This isn't just about romance; it's a survival story wrapped in a dark, gritty package. Now, let's talk about the 'spice level' – because if you're venturing into dark romance, you know it's a huge part of the experience! 'All He'll Ever Be' is unequivocally high-spice, featuring numerous explicit and 'triggering sexual scenes,' as the original review notes. These aren't just thrown in for shock value; they're integral to revealing Carter's cold, calculating nature and Aria's struggle for agency within their toxic dynamic. Readers should be prepared for themes often found in dark romance, including dubious consent, power imbalance, and explicit encounters that push boundaries. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart, but for those who enjoy this genre, the intensity of these scenes provides a visceral connection to the characters' tumultuous journey. Many online reviews echo the sentiment that the characters 'need therapy,' and honestly, after reading it, I couldn't agree more! The toxicity between Carter and Aria is palpable, yet that's precisely what makes this series so addictive for fans of dark and morally gray characters. It explores the psychological toll of being part of a mafia empire, showcasing how power corrupts and creates deeply flawed individuals. The quote from the book cover, '...brutal, dark, yet beautifully constructed,' perfectly encapsulates Willow Winters' writing style. She manages to construct a compelling, intricate plot despite the morally ambiguous actions of her characters. The unpredictable twists kept me on the edge of my seat, making it impossible to put down. If you appreciate a story that isn't afraid to delve into the darker side of human nature and relationships, while still delivering an utterly captivating narrative, then this series is definitely worth exploring.
