I’m Wiley

Hi, I'm Wiley! I'm an 11-week-old male Chihuahua with a beautiful fawn & white coat, born on December 12. I am ready now to plan my trip to my forever family. Once I reach my adult size, I'm expected to weigh between 3–7 lbs. I'm CKC registered. Some might even say I'm a tennis ball connoisseur! I like anything that gets my tail wagging. I can play for hours, then curl up for a good 'ol nap.#pets #puppy #adoption #viral #fyp

Chihuahuas are among the smallest dog breeds, known for their big hearts and lively temperament. Wiley’s anticipated adult weight of 3–7 lbs means he’ll be a compact bundle of energy who thrives in environments where he can feel safe and loved. It’s important to plan for his daily needs, including a balanced diet suitable for small breeds, regular veterinary check-ups, and plenty of interactive playtime to keep him mentally and physically stimulated. Wiley's enthusiasm for tennis balls highlights how play can strengthen your bond and provide essential exercise. Chihuahuas often enjoy short bursts of activity and then enjoy cozy naps, so creating a comfortable resting space is equally vital. Training and socialization from an early age will help Wiley grow into a well-mannered adult dog. Since Chihuahuas can be wary of strangers, positive reinforcement through treats and praise can foster trust and confidence. Being CKC registered assures prospective owners of Wiley’s pedigree and adherence to breed standards. For families considering adoption, bringing Wiley home means welcoming an affectionate, spirited companion ready to share years of joy and companionship. Preparing your home with safe toys, a warm bed, and establishing a routine can help ease his transition into his forever family. With patience and love, Wiley will thrive and become a cherished member of any household.
