Hydration = better workouts, better recovery, better skin.

7. I track progress beyond the scale.

Strength gains, endurance, confidence, energy—those count too.

8. I rest without guilt.

Rest days build muscle. Burnout builds nothing.

9. I stop comparing my chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 20.

Your journey is valid at every stage.

10. I show up even when it’s messy.

Not every workout is cute. But every one counts.
