The BEST energy bite snack 💪🏼🔥

This is my absolute favorite grab & go snack! I love how simple these energy bites are to make and meal prep for the week.

Not only are they packed with protein but it only takes 5 ingredients and a few minutes to make!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats

• 1/3 cup peanut butter

• 1/4 cup honey

• 3 tbsps flax seeds

• 3 tbsps chia seeds

Optional: chocolate chips for a sweeter treat 🍫

Instructions:

1. Mix all 5 ingredients together in a bowl

2. Form into bite size balls

3. Refrigerate until ready to eat

Tips:

⭐️ If your mix isn’t sticking enough just add more peanut butter and/or honey

⭐️ You can also stick the mix in the fridge for 20 minutes to make forming the balls easier (won’t stick to your hands as much)

⭐️You can customize the recipe and add in chocolate chips, dried fruit, etc

You can mix in nut butter for extra creaminess, replace honey with agave syrup for a vegan version, or incorporate dried fruits for added sweetness. These snacks can beautifully fit into a busy lifestyle, great for breakfast on-the-go or as a post-workout treat. Additionally, they are budget-friendly and easy to prepare in advance. Storing your energy bites in an airtight container can keep them fresh for up to a week. If you're looking for different flavor combinations, consider adding spices like cinnamon or nutmeg to enhance taste. Enjoy these bites with a cup of yogurt or pair them with fruit for a nutritious snack!💪🏼🍫
