It’s an understatement to say I’m OBSESSED with the TruBars cookie dough flavor! 🍪 Luckily my fiancé’s fav flavor is the donut bar so no fighting over these for us! If you haven’t tried the Alani’s munchies protein shake, I cannot recommend this enough. I even bought the Munchies protein powder so I can make my own shakes post workout because I got so addicted to this flavor! Save this list for your next haul 🛒

Okay, so you've seen my top picks from Costco, but let's dive a little deeper into why these protein bars and shakes have earned their spot in my shopping cart week after week. Choosing the right protein can be overwhelming, especially with so many options at Costco, so I want to share a few more insights to help you make the best choice for your lifestyle! First, let's talk about those RxBars. You might have noticed they consistently come up in searches for 'clean protein bars costco' and for good reason! I love that they have simple, whole-food ingredients. When I'm looking for a quick snack with no mystery ingredients, these are my go-to. Each bar typically packs around 12g protein and about 210 calories, making them a solid, natural choice. They're great for pre-workout fuel or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up when you want something substantial but not overly processed. Now, for something a bit different, let's consider the TruBar options. If you're specifically searching for 'costco trubar', you’re in for a treat! Their cookie dough flavor is seriously addictive, and with around 12g protein and 190 calories, they feel like a guilt-free dessert. What really sold me, besides the amazing taste, is that they're gluten-free and come from a women-owned company – huge bonus points! When it comes to protein shakes, the Fairlife Core Power and Alani Munchies are major contenders. For those looking for 'core power protein shake costco', you know the Fairlife delivers a punch with its 26g protein and 170 calories, plus extra electrolytes which are fantastic post-workout. But honestly, if you haven't tried the Alani Munchies shake, you are missing out! It's consistently searched for as 'alani protein shake costco' because it tastes exactly like a dessert. At 20g protein and just 140 calories per shake, it's a phenomenal way to curb a sweet craving while still getting your protein in. The price per shake is also incredibly competitive, making it a budget-friendly indulgence. For those curious about other options floating around Costco, I've also spotted brands like GoMacro bars and sometimes even Clif Bar Duos. While not always consistently stocked, GoMacro bars are another excellent 'clean ingredient' choice, often plant-based, which is great for specific dietary preferences. They tend to be a bit higher in calories but offer a good amount of protein and fiber. Clif Bar Duos are a more recent find for some, offering a different texture and flavor profile, usually with a good mix of carbs and protein for sustained energy. Here’s a personal tip: always check the protein-to-calorie ratio if you’re tracking macros. For example, the Orgain Chocolate Fudge Shake offers a whopping 30g protein for only 160 calories, which is an incredible ratio if maximizing protein intake is your main goal. Ultimately, whether you're grabbing an RxBar variety pack costco for convenience, stocking up on core power costco for recovery, or hunting for the best protein bars at costco that satisfy your sweet tooth like TruBar, Costco really has something for everyone. Don't be afraid to try a few different options to find what truly fits your taste and fitness routine! Happy protein hunting!
