God carried me!
We all have those moments when life feels too heavy, don't we? I've certainly had my fair share. There were times I honestly didn't know how I'd get through, feeling completely overwhelmed and searching for something, anything, to hold onto. It's during those seasons that I've truly experienced what it means to be 'carried by God.' It's not just a phrase; it's a profound feeling of divine strength lifting you up when you can't stand on your own. I remember one particular period where everything seemed to be crumbling around me. I felt lost, and the weight of my worries was unbearable. I tried to push through on my own, but it only led to exhaustion. That's when I turned wholeheartedly to my faith. I started spending more time in prayer, just talking to God, pouring out my heart. I also found immense comfort in journaling, writing down my fears, my hopes, and the scriptures that spoke to me. It's amazing how finding strength through faith and journals can transform your perspective. It wasn't an instant fix, but gradually, I started to feel a shift. It felt like a gentle hand guiding me, a quiet whisper assuring me that I wasn't alone. This wasn't about me suddenly having all the answers, but about truly learning to rest in God. To surrender my burdens, even the ones I thought I had to carry myself. There's a peace that comes with knowing you don't have to control everything, that a higher power is at work for your good. When I felt like crying out, 'God help me,' His presence was there, a steady anchor in the storm. Many times, I've pictured myself like a child, worn out and weary, being lovingly lifted and carried by a parent. That's how I envision Jesus carrying me. It’s a powerful image of compassion and unwavering support. It reminds me that even when the path ahead looks impossible, God is making a way. He promises to be our refuge and our strength, and I've seen that promise unfold in my own life. It's a testament to the incredible God power that works within us. Through these experiences, my faith has deepened, and I've learned to trust God's timing and His plan, even when it's unclear. I truly believe that when we lean into Him, He doesn't just sustain us; He often blesses us beyond what we can imagine. It's like that feeling of knowing God will pay you back double for what you’ve endured, not necessarily in material wealth, but in peace, joy, and spiritual growth. If you're going through a tough time right now, please know that you are not alone. Lean into your faith, take time for quiet reflection, and trust that God is there, ready to carry you through. You might just be surprised by the incredible strength and peace you find on the other side.
