จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของผม การที่ได้ไปลองบุฟเฟ่ต์หม่าล่าที่ Dong Shi Hui ใจกลางเฉิงตู ทำให้ผมรู้สึกประทับใจมาก นอกจากราคาที่ไม่แพงเพียง 88 หยวนแล้ว ร้านยังจัดเต็มด้วยวัตถุดิบสดใหม่หลากหลายชนิด ที่ไม่ได้มีแค่เนื้อวัว เนื้อหมู และลูกชิ้นเท่านั้น แต่ยังมีเครื่องใน กบ ซีฟู้ด รวมถึงผักและเห็ดสดต่าง ๆ ที่เยอะจนเลือกแทบไม่ถูกเลยครับ ผมชอบที่ร้านนี้มีน้ำซุปให้เลือกถึง 3 แบบ โดยผมเลือกซุปหม่าล่าระดับเผ็ดกลางกับซุปเห็ดสมุนไพร คู่กันแล้วลงตัวมาก ซุปหม่าล่ามีกลิ่นเครื่องเทศเสฉวนแท้ ๆ ที่ชัดเจน ทั้งเผ็ดร้อนและเค็มเล็กน้อยในระดับพอดี ทำให้รสชาติซุปเข้มข้นแต่ไม่ทำให้ชาเกินไป ส่วนซุปเห็ดสมุนไพรช่วยตัดความเผ็ดได้ดี ทำให้ตักสลับกันกินได้ไม่มีเบื่อ สิ่งที่ผมประทับใจอีกอย่างคือโซนผักและเห็ด มีให้เลือกเยอะกว่าเจอในบุฟเฟ่ต์หม่าล่าที่อื่นหลายเท่า ฟองเต้าหู้ เต้าหู้ และเส้นต่าง ๆ ก็หลากหลายมาก ทำให้คนรักผักอย่างผมเพลิดเพลินมาก ด้านของหวานและเครื่องดื่ม ที่นี่ก็จัดเต็มมาก เช่น เค้กเครปทุเรียนที่หวานกำลังดี เนื้อเค้กนุ่มละมุนลิ้น ปิดท้ายมื้ออาหารได้ฟินมาก โซนเครื่องดื่มก็มีหลากหลายครบ ตั้งแต่น้ำอัดลม น้ำผลไม้ ไปจนถึงเบียร์และเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ โดยทั้งหมดรวมอยู่ในราคาบุฟเฟต์แล้ว นับว่าสะดวกมาก บรรยากาศร้านกว้างขวาง สะอาด และตกแต่งด้วยโคมแดงสไตล์จีนแบบดั้งเดิม ดูอบอุ่นและมีเอกลักษณ์ เหมาะสำหรับมาเป็นกลุ่มหรือครอบครัว นั่งทานหม่าล่ากันแบบชิล ๆ โดยไม่รู้สึกอึดอัด ถึงแม้จะคนเยอะก็ตาม ถ้าใครกำลังมองหาบุฟเฟ่ต์หม่าล่าราคาคุ้มค่า ใจกลางเมืองเฉิงตู เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ห้าง IFS และ Tai Koo Li ร้าน Dong Shi Hui เป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดจริง ๆ ด้วยคุณภาพและปริมาณอาหารที่ให้เกินราคามากครับ
