intro to my new series!!
hiiiii! my posts on here have been getting more engagement, so for that, i THANK YOU GUYS!! this is awesome, i love being able to help others with their mental health. please comment below what types of questions u guys have so i can answer them in this series! let’s get started ✨
. . .
1.) romanticize the little things 💋
ask yourself in your day to day gym routine, what would help me have a good workout? don’t forget to carry those mental notes on!
ex: favorite protein snack, favorite gym outfit, specific playlist, creating a post-gym aftercare routine, etc.
2.) putting your phone on DND mode 🎧 🌙
you may get a notification that distracts you longer than you want it to, make sure to lock in and use the time to stay off your screen!! it’s so beneficial for your mental health.
3.) be kind to your stomach, but your heart too. 🩷
please avoid whatever makes u bloat as most as possible!! as women specifically, our guts are so sensitive with hormonal imbalances and birth control. but also, honey, if you are craving that cheese bread… eat that cheese bread!! as long as you aren’t eating that cheese bread multiple times a week… enjoy it babes!
ex: low calorie drinks, less gluten, less dairy, etc.
4.) consistency with skincare matters 🫧
even on your rest days, it’s important to keep up your skin care since you are sweating a lot in your workouts!
minimal products=better for your skin!!
i use a face wash, a moisturizer, one serum, and one redness reducing cream, but that’s it!! you can have multiple products with skin routine, but you should make sure its only 1 of each type of skincare step!!
comment below if you want me to share my skincare products, hope this 3 Tips to change physique:helps one of you beauties 🩷

Starting a wellness journey can feel overwhelming, but small, intentional changes can create a big impact over time. I've personally experienced how romanticizing the little things, like choosing a favorite snack or creating a workout playlist, turns everyday routines into sources of joy and motivation. It’s amazing how anticipating these small pleasures can improve workout consistency and overall mood. Another game-changer is putting your phone on Do Not Disturb mode during workouts or focused time. This simple practice helped me minimize distractions and fully engage in self-care moments, which in turn reduced anxiety and boosted my mental clarity. Taking care of your digestive health is equally important, especially for women. I learned to listen to my body’s signals by avoiding foods that cause bloating, such as too much gluten or dairy, while still allowing myself indulgences like cheese bread occasionally. This balance prevented unnecessary stress about food choices and supported hormonal health. Lastly, consistency in skincare, even on rest days, has improved my skin's appearance significantly. Using minimal products—a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer, one serum, and a redness-reducing cream—kept my skin calm despite sweat and environmental stressors from workouts. This routine is easy to maintain and feels nurturing rather than burdensome. By integrating these tips into your daily life, you can enhance both physical and mental wellbeing. Remember, wellness is a holistic journey that embraces kindness to your body and mind. Feel free to share your experiences or questions in the comments—let’s support each other on this path!
