For 6 years, I lived and breathed fitness.

Early morning or late night workouts. Double workouts. Getting down on myself when I miss a day.

I thought consistency meant push harder, do more, don’t stop.

But behind the “discipline”…my body was screaming.

Exhausted.

Sore.

Hair falling out.

Anxiety sky-high.

Migraines continuing to worsen.

My hormones? A disaster.

And like so many women in our 30s, 40s, and 50s…

I was running a household, working, volunteering, leading, being an aunt —

and then layering intense workouts on top of a life already on fire.

My workouts weren’t helping.

They were hurting.

Over the last year, I’ve slowed down.

And it completely changed my understanding of movement, hormones, and longevity. Fitness should support your body — not push it into burnout.

Which is why I’m so excited about what’s next. 🩵

I came across a program built by Doctors of Physical Therapy, specifically for women.

A method that focuses on muscle protection, mobility, recovery, and hormone health.

And I’m running a small beta group to walk women through it — starting MONDAY.

✨ 2-week free access to the workouts

✨ Daily coaching + community

✨ Private Facebook group

✨ A new approach to fitness for THIS season of life

If your body has been whispering, “Something needs to change…” comment CURIOUS and I’ll send you the info.

... Read moreFor many women, especially those in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, balancing an active lifestyle with the demands of daily life can be overwhelming. High-intensity fitness routines often promise quick results but may contribute to physical and hormonal imbalances if not adapted to individual needs. Common symptoms such as exhaustion, muscle soreness, hair loss, anxiety, and worsening migraines can be signs that the body is under too much stress rather than benefiting from exercise. Incorporating a thoughtfully designed exercise program created by Doctors of Physical Therapy can make a significant difference in protecting muscles, improving mobility, enhancing recovery, and supporting hormonal health. This approach recognizes that fitness is not about pushing harder indiscriminately but about listening to and respecting the body’s signals. A sustainable fitness routine should empower women to thrive in their current life stages without triggering burnout or exhaustion. Furthermore, joining a community that offers daily coaching and support provides motivation and guidance, which plays an essential role in maintaining consistency and making incremental progress. Participation in a private group setting allows for shared experiences, encouragement, and tailored advice, fostering a positive mindset towards fitness and wellness. If your body has been signaling that something needs to change, transitioning to a program focused on muscle protection and hormone balancing could be the key. It’s about creating a new relationship with movement—one that supports longevity, mental well-being, and vitality rather than undermining it. Exploring such programs with expert support is a meaningful step towards reclaiming your health and feeling truly empowered in this season of life.
