Like that warm cup of coffee in the morning, the sound of the waves when I'm by the beach, or even just a clear sky. The Benefits of Practicing Gratitude: Starting a gratitude journal wasn't just a trend for me; it quickly became a vital part of my routine. Better Sleep: Going to bed with a grateful heart often leads to a more peaceful night's rest. How I Started My Gratitude Journal Journey: It doesn't have to be complicated! I grabbed a simple notebook and a pen. That's it. No fancy journals needed unless you want one. I decided to dedicate 5-10 minutes each evening to it, right before bed. This helps me unwind and end the day on a positive note.
