The funnest part of being an Outreach Specialist

My favorite part of my job that takes the least amount of time and is so fun is picking all the swag for the following year!

I get to look through multiple companies to determine the best items to give out to staff, vendors, and at events! This does take time, but compared to planning and executing full events it’s a much needed break!

So far my favorite swag is the yoga bag in the first photo and the bento boxes! I get to take home one of everything we get and I love sharing the swag with staff. Its always the best part of my day when people come “shopping” for our swag❤️

One of the most rewarding aspects is curating promotional items that resonate with the team and stakeholders. Choosing swag can significantly influence the morale and engagement of staff, especially when they have the opportunity to 'shop' for their favorite items. Popular swag ideas include practical items like yoga bags and bento boxes, which not only serve a purpose but also create a positive and fun work environment. Moreover, the act of selecting these items allows for a refreshing break from the more intensive tasks of planning events. In the healthcare sector, for instance, the choice of swag can enhance the organization's branding and foster stronger connections with the community. Incorporating themes from wellness, sustainability, and team bonding into the swag selection process can boost its impact. Engaging in this process not only strengthens workplace camaraderie but also showcases a thoughtful approach to employee satisfaction. The memories and discussions generated around these chosen items can contribute to a more cohesive team and a vibrant company culture.
