Good Morning!

Blessed Thursday
I got a home but i like to hide in the room.
i got a phone but i like to switch it off.
No room to think and do anything. Just like to sleep, hope i wont wake up in 1 day, its a blessing to me.
Reading this personal reflection, I deeply resonate with the feelings of wanting to retreat into solitude. Many times, life’s demands can be overwhelming, leading us to seek refuge in silence and simplicity. It’s important to acknowledge these moments rather than ignore them, as they reveal a need for rest and healing. I’ve found that embracing such quiet phases can be transformative. Instead of viewing the urge to hide as negativity, it can serve as a signal to slow down and prioritize self-care. Turning off distractions like phones and spending time alone allows space to process thoughts and emotions, which is often essential for mental health. While the desire "just to sleep" and not wake up is a heavy feeling, recognizing it is the first step toward seeking support and understanding. Sharing your story, as this article does, helps break the stigma around such emotions. If you ever feel overwhelmed, consider opening up to trusted friends or professionals. Moments of darkness often precede growth and new beginnings. This journey of life and solitude is unique to each individual, and acknowledging your own story with compassion can lead to healing and renewed strength.
