How to use a nail drill 🤯💅🏻
The reason I added the dramatic audio is because I can’t even tell you how many messages I’ve gotten about using the nail drill. So many people are scared of it and I’ll be honest I was too. But trust me it’s sooo worth it once you understand how to use it correct.
In this video I have clear builder gel on my natural nails so I am removing enough to do a fill.
5 reasons I use efile over soaking my nails off
1. Being a busy mom it’s honestly so much faster than soaking it off.
2. I feel like it’s less damaging for my nails and skin because I don’t have soak them in acetone and use a scraper to scrap them off.
3. I am able to prep my nail beds much easier so that when I apply builder gel I am able to get my closer to my nail beds and that way my builder gel fills lasts longer.
4. It can clean away dead skin from around my nails.
5. It can fix mess ups if I flood my cuticles with different bits to protect my skin and nail health.
A few efile tips:
* Make sure to turn the drill off when switching between Reverse and Forward.
* Using a dust sucker will save your drill from getting lots of dust in it and risk breaking it.
* If it is ever hurting make sure to stop. Watch the tutorial again and slow down your speeds. My advice would be to use a sanding band in the beginning just till you get used to it. The sanding band can touch the natural nail so it will be the safer choice.
