I’ve been using this Eadem Le ChouChou Lip Balm for awhile now, and I’ve been loving it! It’s definitely not just a hype. I have the shade Chateau Rose, and it’s this soft pink shade with a vanilla scent. At first, I was worried that the scent would be overpowering, but it is a nice soft vanilla scent. I love the metal applicator, as it’s cooling to the lips and feels luxurious. The color just makes my lips look nicely soft pink. And it’s extremely long lasting. From the picture, I’ve only shown how it looks after a nap. But I’ve tried using it overnight, and it looks exactly the same as the night before. My lips were soft and moisturized once I removed it. It effectively removes dead skin on your lips for sure. It’s also not sticky, even though it is thick, may be a little too thick for some people, but I like a thick lip balm. Overall, this is not a hype, and I highly recommend!! #glossylips#lemon8challenge#eademlipbalm#eademlechouchou#lip balms

... Read moreOkay, so I already shared my initial thoughts, but let's dive even deeper into why the Eadem Le ChouChou Lip Balm has become a staple in my routine! When I first saw the sleek silver tube, I was immediately drawn in. It feels so luxurious and high-end, and honestly, that's half the fun of a good beauty product, right?
Let's talk about the 'Chateau Rose' shade. You saw the swatches, and in person, it's this absolutely perfect soft pink. It's not too bold, not too sheer – just enough to give your lips that healthy, natural flush. I've found it's incredibly versatile; it looks great on its own for a 'no-makeup makeup' day, or layered over a lip liner for a more defined look. The vanilla scent is another winner for me. I'm usually wary of scented lip products because they can be overpowering or artificial, but this one is truly a soft, comforting vanilla. It's subtle enough that you barely notice it after application, but it adds to the overall luxurious experience.
What really sets this balm apart for me is the texture and wear. Yes, it's thick, as I mentioned, but that's precisely why it feels so nourishing. It glides on smoothly, and that metal applicator? Pure genius! It feels so cooling and soothing, especially on days when my lips are feeling a bit dry or chapped. I love how it instantly gives my lips that glossy, plumped-up look without any stickiness. Seriously, no hair-sticking-to-lips drama here!
And the longevity – wow. I've tested this through countless coffees, snacks, and even naps, as you saw in the pictures. It genuinely stays put and maintains that soft pink tint and glossy finish for hours. But beyond just the look, it’s the treatment aspect that has me hooked. My lips have never felt so soft and smooth. I used to struggle with dry, flaky lips, especially in colder weather, and this balm has been a game-changer. It gently exfoliates, removing dead skin, leaving my lips moisturized and supple. It's more than just a pretty tint; it's a true lip treatment.
So, is the Eadem Le ChouChou Lip Balm worth the hype? For me, a resounding yes! If you're looking for a lip product that offers a beautiful, natural-looking tint, a luxurious feel, long-lasting moisture, and actually improves the condition of your lips, then you absolutely need to try this. It's an investment, but one that truly pays off in terms of lip health and overall aesthetic. Give your lips the love they deserve with this gorgeous vanilla-scented gloss!
