「所沢でお風呂（温泉）に入りたい」「日帰りで整いたい」と思ったとき、キンクイは“とにかく外さない”選択肢でした。実際に行って感じたのは、ただのスーパー銭湯というより、サウナ・外気浴・休憩・ごはんまで動線がよくまとまった“温浴のテーマパーク”っぽさ。初めて行く人向けに、私なりの回り方とコツをまとめます。 まず到着したら、いきなり全部回ろうとせず「①お風呂＆サウナ→②休憩→③岩盤浴→④ごはん→⑤もう一回お風呂」みたいに、1セットを短く区切るのがおすすめ。キンクイは浴槽もサウナも選択肢が多いので、詰め込みすぎると逆に疲れます。 サウナ目的なら、体を洗って湯通ししてから入ると発汗が早くて気持ちよかったです。オートロウリュはタイミングによって熱さの満足度が全然違うので、時間を合わせて入ると「来た甲斐あった…」ってなります。水風呂のあと、外気浴の“ととのい椅子”がしっかり用意されているのも助かりました。混んでいる日は椅子の空きを探す時間がもったいないので、外気浴→水分補給→次のセット、みたいにテンポよく回すと快適です。 屋上スカイハイエリアは、個人的に一番「非日常」でした。バレル＆テントサウナで風を感じながら入るのって、屋内サウナとは別物の気持ちよさ。発汗後に-20℃のICEルームでクールダウンすると、一気に頭がスッキリします（冷えが苦手な人は短時間からが安心）。 長時間滞在なら岩盤浴も入れると満足度が跳ね上がります。漫画コーナーと休憩スペースが広めで、「今日はダラダラしに来た」日にも合いました。館内着の柄も遊び心があって、写真に残すと意外といい思い出になります。 最後に食事。フードコートは“食のテーマパーク”感が強く、つけ麺や欧風カレーなど選ぶだけで楽しいです。私はサウナ後に食べる量を読み違えがちなので、最初は軽め→足りなければ追加、くらいがちょうどよかったです。 所沢の温泉・スパを探しているなら、キンクイは「遊べるととのい」を求める人に刺さる施設でした。次は混雑しにくい時間帯も狙って、もう少しゆったり回ってみたいです。
