in the Lord service
In the Lord's service, there are times when we may feel unprepared, inadequate, or uncertain about our abilities. The responsibilities the Lord gives us can seem greater than our experience or strength. Yet He does not call us to serve alone. When He invites us to labor in His kingdom, He also provides the guidance, strength, and help we need to accomplish His work according to His will.
The Lord does not expect perfection before service. Instead, He asks for a willing heart, a faithful spirit, and a desire to follow Him. As we accept callings, serve others, and act in faith, He magnifies our efforts and helps us accomplish far more than we could on our own. Our weaknesses become opportunities for His power to be made manifest.
Through prayer, scripture study, the companionship of the Holy Ghost, and the support of faithful brothers and sisters, the Lord strengthens those who serve Him. He provides comfort when we feel discouraged, wisdom when we need direction, and courage when we feel overwhelmed. Every sincere effort to build His kingdom is seen and valued by Him.
As we trust the Savior and move forward with faith, we come to realize that our confidence should rest not in our own abilities but in His divine power. The Lord qualifies those whom He calls, and He never abandons His faithful servants. Even when we feel unprepared, we can serve with peace and confidence, knowing that we are never unsupported as we labor in His sacred work. #amen
